How long will it take to investigate credit card fraud?

I have fraud charges on my chase cards, and i believe my sister is the reason behind them. Shes only 16, so i dont wanna press charges, and im HOPING that the credit card company wont really investigat it like that.

But how long will it take to investigate it, and do you really think they will pull the atm picture to see if its her. It was only 600$$

Can you find out the shipping address of an item that was purchased by credit fraud?

Okay so say I have something on my credit card that should not be there. And it was ordered online. Can I call the credit card company and find out what address it was shipped to? Or is that not possible?

Can I press charges against credit card fraud culprit?

Where do merchants to report credit card fraud?

We made a charge back to the victm and sent a email to fraud guy, and im not sure what can i do for next step. Cops dont care about credit card fraud especially for a small amount like 550 dollars. The cost of posecution will be far more than just ignore it. So what can i do for it? Credit card company? Do they really refund me all charges? or do they really persue the case like this? we are just small business, 500 is a lot mean for us.
