Can anyone help with possible credit fraud?

DW asked:

I recently started receiving mail at my home address but not addressed to me or the previous owner. Normally I wouldn’t care – but I am receiving credit solicitations. Does this mean that someone is applying for credit using their name but possibly my address?
I have not received anything other than solicitations- no bills, statements, etc.
Do I need to be concerned?

Mark them “not at this address, return to sender”.

Most likely it is the result of an error on a mailing list.
